- Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): We partner with DHL or FedEx for reliable delivery. Your plant will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
- Shipping Regions: We are delighted to ship globally! Please note that delivery to some parts of Asia and remote regions may be excluded or subject to additional logistics review.

- Condition: Items must be in their original, resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Process: You must contact our team first to initiate a return or exchange. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Exchanges: Subject to availability. We will gladly guide you to a suitable alternative from our curated collections.
Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
- Contact Our Team (Within 15 Days): Email us at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use the template below for clarity.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Pack and Ship the Item: Securely repack the plant in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the box and ship it to our nursery address provided. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We highly recommend using a trackable service.
- Inspection & Completion: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you via email regarding your refund or exchange status.

Refund Timeline & Method
Upon approval of your return:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
- Exchanges: For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement promptly. Shipping charges for the new item may apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Due to the living nature of our products and the specific curation of certain collections, the following are considered final sale:
- Rare & Limited Availability Plants: All specimens listed under the “Rare” category in our menu. These are unique, one-of-a-kind investments that are exceptionally difficult to replace.
- Custom or Special Orders: Any plant or order requiring specific, non-standard preparation or sourcing.
Note: While rare plants are non-returnable, they are covered by our separate Plant Health Guarantee for issues related to shipping stress or viability upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if your rare plant arrives in poor condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and the plant. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly and cover all associated shipping costs.
